Reason
Afghanistan notifies, pursuant to Article 16.2, that it requires additional time to notify its definitive dates for category B provisions. Hence, Afghanistan requests that the WTO Committee on Trade Facilitation may consider extending the period for notification by Afghanistan of its definitive dates for category B provisions until 31 August 2020.
