Overdue notifications

The majority of the notifications mandated under the Trade Facilitation Agreement have already been presented.  Some, however, are still overdue.

On this page, you can search for all overdue notifications to date.  You can select ALL to view the entire list of overdue notifications by Member, or select a specific type of notification.

The transparency notifications (Articles 1.4, 10.4.3, 10.6.2 and 12.2.2), are due in accordance with the definitive date established by the Member.  These dates are listed on the results below.
