Information on Definitive Dates
Afghanistan did not notify definitive implementation dates for its Category C measures by the stipulated deadline under the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA). In accordance with Article 16.4 of the TFA, when a Member does not notify definitive implementation dates by the stipulated deadline, the binding implementation dates for the relevant measures are automatically established as one year after such deadline.
The table below outlines:
- The original deadline for notifying definitive implementation dates for Afghanistan's Category C measures, and
