16 May 2024 — G/TFA/N/DOM/4Sobre el particular no se recibió asistencia técnica para implementar esta medida, por cuanto cumplimos con todas las disposiciones establecidas, desde el punto de vista legal y operativo. Esta medida fue notificada en categoría C en su momento, porque el de minimis estaba siendo objeto de discusión en los tribunales de la República, particularmente en el Tribunal Constitucional, pero esto fue zanjado hace unos años, donde este Tribunal reivindicó la figura del de minimis establecido en las normativas vigentes. |
