Djibouti notifies, pursuant to Article 16.2, that it requires additional time to notify its definitive dates for category B provisions. Hence, Djibouti requests that the WTO Committee on Trade Facilitation may consider extending the period for notification by Djibouti of its definitive dates for category B provisions until 21 February 2021.
