Motivo
The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted the committee's activities to the point where the action to be taken by the bodies concerned has either been delayed or not been taken at all. As a result, the definitive date for the implementation of Category B measures, initially set at 31 December 2022, cannot be respected.
