Motivo
The request made by the United Arab Emirates for the extension of the deadline for implementing Art. 3.1 is based on the guidelines of the Cabinet of Ministers, namely that the 2022 initiatives and activities will be a continuation of 2021, together with the operational initiatives for 2022.
