The relevant legislative provisions on customs transit are defined by Chapter 22 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as Chapter 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Customs Regulation". At the same time, the Agreement on the Peculiarities of Applying the Customs Procedure "Customs Transit" During the Transportation (Transportation) of Goods signed in Moscow on 19 April 2022 is in force, and the Agreement on a Unified Customs Transit System of the Eurasian Economic Union and Third Parties was signed on 26 December 2024, in St. Petersburg.
