Legal: • Develop/review relevant legislation and policies for post-clearance audit (PCA) • Develop procedures incorporating connectivity with risk management • Develop a training plan/module for customs officials and agents and target groups • Human resources/training: Capacity building and training for customs officials on post-clearance audit procedures • Develop the data-analysis skills and knowledge of customs and border agency officials.
