Assistance required for implementation	• Procedures and the risk management system must be re-designed and equipment, software and vehicles purchased for the verification process. It is also necessary to invest in staff training. • It is necessary to strengthen the inspection systems of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD), the Ministries of Agriculture and Defence, and the Specialized Agency for Airport and Civil Aviation Security (CESAC). • Technical assistance is needed so that all institutions concerned with foreign trade (tariffs, taxes, sanitary and phytosanitary matters, etc.) can have a comprehensive risk management system. • US$5,000,000 is required to implement this measure. Ley 168-21 y su reglamento general de aplicación, Decreto 755-22. La DGA recibe la declaración de aduanas en formato electrónico y los documentos requeridos también en ese mismo formato y no se requiere la presentación física de dichos documentos, salvo que no sean legibles.
