Assistance required for implementation • Inter-agency communication strategy. IT infrastructure to ensure effective communication among border agencies and foster the cultural change needed to streamline processes.
• Technical assistance is needed so that all institutions concerned with foreign trade (tariffs, taxes, sanitary and phytosanitary matters, etc.) can have a comprehensive risk management system.
• US$500,000 is required to implement this measure.
