Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Assistance (TACB) that will be required:
1. Training of Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) on the NESWS Risk Management Module including all officers stationed at the borders.
2. Identification of risk areas and development of selectivity criteria in collaboration with PGAs
3. Configuration and testing of risk profiles in the trial environment
4. Deployment of configured risk profiles to the production environment
5. Integration of systems.
6. ICT infrastructure, including modern AI, machine learning, etc.

The Kenya Trade Network Agency received technical support from GIZ to roll out the Risk Management Module in the Single Window.Kenya still requires assistance to implement the Article: The Kenya Revenue Authority and Kenya Trade Network Agency support to; (i) Develop a risk management governance framework for all border agencies (ii) Integrate systems for all border agencies to implement Risk Management (iii) Train and build capacity of border agencies on Risk Management (iv) Train relevant stakeholders on risk management |
