Additional time is needed to secure technical assistance for the development of appropriate infrastructure (electronic platform) for the exchange of data information and system interfacing. Support is also needed for the formulation of policy to improve customs control and for requesting information, as well as capacity building of external stakeholders, customs officers and public education and awareness.
