Capacity-building of all relevant border officials for the implementation of electronic payments. 3. Awareness-raising, training and dissemination of texts and procedures on electronic payment; inclusive support for change for all stakeholders to ensure the adoption of best practices and build trust in electronic payment. 4. Provision of IT equipment in line with needs related to the implementation of the new procedures (e.g. payment terminals, servers, portals and payment software). 5. Investment in digital and energy/power generation infrastructure. |
