All agencies have completed this commitment. Sri Lanka Customs is currently authorized to process digital soft copies at the Long Room. Originals are requested to verify authenticity when digital signatures are not used. Once the stakeholders submit documents with digital signatures, the commitment can be fully implemented without hard copies. Provision is completed.
