Chad did not notify definitive implementation dates for its Category C measures by the stipulated deadline and granted extension under the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA). In accordance with Article 16.4 of the TFA, when a Member does not notify definitive implementation dates by the stipulated deadline or granted extended deadline, the binding implementation dates for the relevant measures are automatically established as one year after such deadline.
