Kenya lastly undertook an Average Release Times study in 2011. Currently, it is relying on reports from government agencies that are not conclusive. Kenya therefore requires technical assistance from development partners to: (i) Develop National Framework on Average Release Times (ii) Train and build capacity of customs officials on Average Release Times (iii) Conduct an Average Release Times study |
