Technical assistance and support are required to introduce authorized trader/operator scheme, develop a monitoring framework though which Customs can establish and monitor operator compliance and the necessary training to Customs Officials. Training and capacity building are also required for all other border agencies to ensure fuller compliance to this provision. |
