In good faith, we anticipated that the requirement for Establishment and Publication of Average Release Times under Article 7.6 could be implemented by 31 December 2025. However, this Category C measure is unlikely to be implemented by the scheduled date. Under a Digital Transformation Project, the World Bank is assisting with technical support from UNCTAD in establishing a Single Window for trade in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Single Window is expected to become operational in 2026. The Single Window would enhance the country's ability to establish and publish average release times. St. Vincent and the Grenadines is therefore requesting an extension of one (1) year to 31 December 2026 to implement this measure.
