The Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, entered into force on January 1, 2018, highly complies with the provisions of the Revised Kyoto Convention Օn the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures, as well as the World Customs Organization's Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade. At the same time, in order to approximate and bring the procedures applied in the Republic of Armenia into line with international standards, the State Revenue Committee, within the framework of various programs, implements permanent cooperation with international organizations and structures, such as the World Bank (WB), the World Customs Organization (WCO), the Directorate General for Taxation and Customs Union of the European Commission (DG TAXUD), the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), etc.
