The expected date to move to the new Cargo Facility at Velana International Airport is at the end of 2021. Expected date for the establishment and implementation of Courier Facility at Velana International Airport is from 2022 to 2023. The approval of proposed amendments to the Customs General Regulation to introduce a security/guarantee system is expected to be in the year 2021.
